Slight problem and tutorials wanted

Hey, just wonderin', been playing around with some mods on pc version 1.00 and for some reason I've got half of one of those portable offices from the Deconstruction mission in the middle of a road. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it?

Also can someone send me some tutorials for car making (preferrably for 3D Max 8). Thanks. Here's a picture of my problem.problem
