If you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it's meant to be.

If not, point & laugh when it flies into a woodchipper.

In Australia, Holden is like the Aussie version of Chev seeing its owned by GMC. We dont have any re-badged chevs though (not to my knowledge).

But America stole the Holden Monaro and re-badged it as Pontiac GTO! :o

And here down under, We are big on Holden VS Ford. Pretty much everyone has a favorite out the 2! (Holden FTW).

IIRC, General Motors owns Holden, which is a branch in Australia . It's not Chevrolet....

BTW Chrysler and Jeep... well, were from the same companies. And Volvo is owned by Ford now.

You perhaps might want to learn about Holden at wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holden

Holden & Chevy are distinctly different divisions of GM, although some Holden models used/use Chevy engines.

The GTO is a Manaro w/ a Corvette engine.

Here's more on Holden -

My choice for Aussie muscle is the '73 Ford Falcon XB

I don't see any in the Midwest US (except the '37 Ute that was imported for Americruise a couple weeks ago).

Maybe the guys on the west coast see some.
