Those that don't want to be spoiled should probably shut off, unplug, and throw their computers out the window.

Can't say I'm surprised by this considering they specifically requested retailers don't break it. Having said that, what exactly will their punishment be? Apart from possibly fine the retailers I can't see what they can do. Preventing them from selling the game will only hurt sales.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Pretty much any fine they levy on a given distributor will probably be only a minor inconvenience before sales of the game make it back.

I don't remember this many leaks for GTA IV. It was a while ago so I could be remembering incorrectly. They probably just want to set an example for their next title.

I have an idea - not sure it is possible.
Why don't R* have a patch on release day that 'unlocks the game' but the actual disc is limited.
That said, this game has been leaked far too much.
Thanks to OGTAM for the Sig

A big question popping up on Newswire concerns PSN digital download pre-orders from legit sources, how and when do they get their hands on GTA V, another part of the problem as I see it
