Gang wars, dating Denise Robinson, getting a pro pilot and driving license, playing side by games, ability to swim dive etc...

Introduction of air travel and rail system is also a great feature, it saves your time when you want to go to a distant place.

With the exception of the glitches, gaming bugs and gripes, I liked everything about GTA San Andreas. It had the most over-the-top gameplay and it had many gameplay features that didn't appear in later GTA games.

That's very true.
But there's not many bugs though, except for the game freezing on some PS2 consoles when they overuse cheats
Okay that happened to me because my cousin convinced to use cheats...

That is why you limit the amount of cheats, mods and trainers you use in your game. Overuse of them will create unwanted glitches and gaming bugs, and it can potentially mess up your game and corrupt your save file.
Strangely, even though I overuse cheats in GTA Vice City, nothing seems to be affected, other than my criminal rating...
