Hello i am looking for a good artist that can make a good banner i am setting up a server soon and i want a good banner but im not good at art so i started searching on google and i found this website

What i would like is a Clouds or Counter strike pics in the background Maybe clouds with rain and thunder and if you do css a T shooting a CT in the head maybe? with blood splatter?
