There are a few vehicles id like to add a pro street look to,(wide rear tires blower and maybe a roll cage if i want to get really crazy.) How would i edit the look of the vehicles?

Zmodeler2 is the one to get, but you have to buy a serial code to import the .dff files, and or to get access to the programs full functions, it is much (MUCH) cheaper.
3DS max is really high end and expensive software, but I have been reading moddders that claim it is more simple to use, Zmodeler2 is almost basic throw back modeling software but if you learn how to use it it is just as effective as 3dSmax.
