Voting is now open in The GTA Place 2009 awards!

There are four categories of awards, so vote in the following polls:

GTA Awards
Member Awards
Random Awards
Creative Awards
Hottest Member

Any member can vote in any/all awards. You do not have to vote for all awards (there are "none/other" options). You can only cast one vote. Voting with multiple accounts is forbidden, and is a bannable offence.

Voting will close in a week or so. Enjoy!

By "member" I clearly meant people in the "members" group. Obviously banned members can't vote.

We are members, we're not banned. Banned means being permanently barred from posting on this site.

You're not a full member though, you are restricted. Thus you are banned from doing certain things on the forum: i.e. banned from editing your posts, banned from posting too much in one day, banned from using a signature and so on.

He said 'people in the 'members' group' - you are in the 'restricted' group, not 'members'. Thusly, you are 'restricted'.
