I downloaded an '03 Explorer to replace the Landstalker in GTAVC, but I'm wondering if anyone knows how I could repaint it white and put WA state patrol decal's on the sides and rear hatch. I know that their is a vehicle editor out there, but it says I can change everything EXCEPT appearance. Any ideas?

In fact, better yet, can someone help me with it? I have a TXD viewer and editor, but i have no idea as to how to work them. I just need a white Explorer skin with the state patrol decal scheme

Also, how hard would it be to put red and blue flashing lights in the grill and a siren on it?
