I think in the next GTA, Rockstar will allow some form of DLC to be put in by the players themselves. It's like how Halo allowed players to make their own maps in Forge. Rockstar could allow players to use a tool that allows them to make their own cars, structures, etc. It's like mods, except Rockstar actually sanctions it and it can be used on the 360, PS3, PC or whatever console they release the next GTA on.

I totally doubt that Rockstar will do this. Well really most people aren't much creative on making maps , and cars , buldings etc. And what about the voice acting and other characters and story? This version of Grand Theft Auto V will not make any sells and have bad reviews in my opinion.

Yeah, I would love to have mods like cars and shit in the next gta since I don't use my crappy pc for gaming so I can't get mods. I don't think this is very likely to happen though.

I highly doubt that Rockstar will actually allow that. It just doesn't seem to fit in well together.
