NOTES - PLEASE READ
Some of the award names might be a bit ambiguous, this should help clear up any confusion you may have:
Best New member == a "new member" is someone who registered here during 2008.
Most respected member == anyone who isn't staff here at TGTAP
Most respected mod == moderators and super mods, NOT admins since you must respect us all anyway
Most improved member == members who started out as n00bs but are now actually pretty decent
Best written English == member who writes with the best and most consistently good grammar and spelling (Excluding me (Chris) since I'm main news poster etc.)
Best Quality Posts == member who consistently makes good/helpful/useful posts, no spam etc. (also excludes me (Chris))
Best debater == member who has provided the best arguments in Serious Chat discussions
Most original username == member who you think has put the most thought into their username - Not an abbreviation, quote, their real name, not from GTA etc. Something original.
Best Breasts == Male or Female. Whoever you think has the best breasts here, that doesn't necessarily mean biggest.
Member of the Year == Member who you think, overall, brought the most to this forum during 2008 (should be a normal member, not staff)
Topic of the Year == Just post a link to what you think was the best topic made this year (2008). If anyone nominates the random post topic they will be tortured in front of everyone here. Just so that's clear.
I think the rest are all pretty self explanatory but if you need clarification then state what you're not sure about at the top of your nominations post and I'll add a note above. We'd like to keep discussion to an absolute minimum in here so it's easier when we go through collecting nominees ready for the polls.

Please nominate someone for as many of the awards as possible. If you're not sure of who to nominate for e.g. best writing, go and have look through that forum and read a few member's works. This isn't a strict rule but we'd like a decent amount of nominations for every award. So please make an effort.
Good job to those of you who got the Bioshock reference. If you got it then you'll have a complete nomination list
