This will replace 21 (Pedestrians) with different textures.

To install,

There is two ways to install this.

1.Manual

2.Auto (with the help of a Installer)

To manually install.

You'll need. 1: IMG tool

2.Alot of time

3.Clear thinking or you might screw up.

Open up IMG tool and use the tool to open the gta3.img in

The model folder where you game is installed.

Usually (C:/ Program files/Rockstar Games/Grand theft auto vice city/models)

Unless you changed it.

*Note you may have to disable "Read only" on the gta3.img file or the IMG tool may not be able to read it.

Okay next, threw the list of files you have like "bfori.txd and BFOBD.txd"

Use the find command and search for each file with the names of the txd files you have, find the .txd ones not the .dff becuase the dff is the model file not the texture.

For example say you want to replace the texture file "S_keep.txd"

Find in the Img the file S_keep.txd and delete it then click add to img and add the new S_keep file from this Folder you just downloaded.

Do this to each Txd file you have in this folder you just downloaded.

AUTO INSTALL, (MAKE SURE THE GTA3.IMG FILE IS NOT READ ONLY BEFORE YOU BEGIN)

NOW,

open up GTA MOD installer, use the option “Install a mod (with a script file) to GTA3 or vice city

Click next then select the option “ I want to select the folder that contains all the mods”

Click next, now browse select this folder with the txd files and the script. Click next.

Select browse where you vice city game is installed. Which will be ( C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City) unless you changed it some time before.

Now click next, Now you will have the option to back up your files that’s up to you if you wish.

Now click yes or no. now after this it will install the txd files. After that click finish then

You done now when you play there will some different looking pedestrians.
