I also downloaded Vice City but there is nothing wrong, everything works great! Except for sometimes after minimizing, the car's "engine warm-up" sound did not load up. Also sometimes starting the game the car's "engine warm-up" sound did not load.

You can try downloading the +151 Crazy Trainer to remove the Cheats used or null the Cheat Counter. I tried it, its VERY nice... I cheated over 500Times and it went to zero. You ought to try it.
