Sonny He has a mafia, TEC9S, they still suck, but not as bad as Diaz's gang You don't need to defend Lance on this mission. Matters who was going on longer, Diaz seemed to have most influence in Vice City as for Sonny didn't have as much because the Leones were number ones. So probably Diaz but I'm not too sure. He had a better gang. I'm not looking at influence cause both people didn't have much character. We really wouldn't know if we didn't look at the basics. Sonny wins through and through IMO. Diaz has more influence in Vice City but Sonny wasn't well-known in Vice City but he was in Liberty City. The Forellis were only in Vice City for two missions.
