I think he might just be a really corrupt Military official who has you do some crazy shit. What seems to be Phil: I don't know, but it looked like he needed to shave. A redneck lady who seems fond of Vic: I think this might possibly become VIc's love interest Umberto Robina: Seems to be a good friend of Vic's. Ricardo Diaz: Has respect for Vic Lance Vance: Seems to be a nerdy dumb ass Some really eccentric chick: I think this is the redneck lady who seems fond of Vic after Vic hits it big time. It wouldn't be a wise move for R* but I wouldn't stop playing GTA for a reason like that. It would make you feel really guilty so I think they shouldn't put them in. On topic: nice assumptions, agree with all of them. And to a statement said earlier the cop was Brian Forbes but I don't think you'll do missions for him because he dies in one of the first 4 (which you do for yourself/Vance Crime Family).
