Vice City Camera Hack Updated

Once again the camera hack has been updated, its now version 2.8 and has numerous bug fixes and new features

*Added Realtime mode (API Hook Method)

*Added ablity to control SLERP speed (SLERP = Spherical Linear Interpolation)

*Added abilty to control Speed Controlled FOV Rate and Multiplier

*Added 'Random View Number' hotkey

*Added ability to assign a hotkey as UNDEFINED (disabled)

*Added ability to minimize game with PAUSE/BREAK key

*SLERP is now ignored if the last view has a different mode

*Doesn't overwrite your config files if previous version is > 2.7

*Fixed some performance issues

*Various bug fixes
