If you won't carmods and don't have any expirience, your gonna face a hard time, and mostlitly give up since you wont be able to figer out how. Mark that I'm not a car modder myself. Changed Bill boards.And own Skin. Only you need TXD WorkShop 4.0 and a simple Picture editing program. Try when you have long free time to extend,Coz it consumes time or sometimes messes ur game.
