Most likely so. Unless if the mod needs something specific to the original game.
Ubisoft should take a look at this...

Umm... wtf?
On-topic, most of the stuff that was specific to the base game isn't modable anyway so any mod should work, some modifications might have to be made to TBoGT's own files though.
