The GTA3 and Vice City showing the entries. I've included a couple of screenshots below in case it's removed for some reason:

There's no official word from Rockstar on this, so we don't know of any release dates or pricing information. We're also not sure why San Andreas has curiously been left out, and/or if it may appear at a later date.
On a slightly related note, this year will be Vice City's 10th anniversary. If Rockstar are planning similar things to what they've been doing for GTA3, it wouldn't surprise me at all if we see Vice City appearing on iOS and Android later this year either.

Great news if it does happen, since if upgraded to a Slim (from a Fat) I havent been able to play them on PS3 .
That said, two games I would love as Classics are the Getaway and Black Monday.

Which isn't really that much of a surprise considering that the games have been best-sellers for the PS2.

Awesome. When I got my PS3 and found it wasn't backward compatible I was peeved. I just hope they have an option for a discount if you already own the games on PS2, but I doubt it.

They won't be able to do that because they have no way of knowing which PS2 games you own.
