I used to want the Sims Online until I started reading reviews and talking to people on GameFaqs about it, and it really sucks. They said it's real hard to earn cash, plus you can't fast forward time so you have to wait hours while your sim is sleeping! I got bored and sold it on eBay within a week. I pity thet poor sucker who bought it off me. Anyway, I've never actually played the Sims Online, but I've heard that all it really is is a glorified chat room. I have all the Sims expansions except 'Makin' Magic' (the lamest idea ever); frankly I don't think Will Wright should be allowed to make any more money out of this cash cow. I just bought a land area and I'm about to build a small house, I named my lot 'Taris Hideout' Skyline if you haven't starte da file yet then move to Alphaville and we can be roomates! Downtown, pets, and growing your own crops were the only yhtree good ideas introduced by expansion packs. insane_pyro28 Posted March 17, 2004 Share Posted March 17, 2004 I have all the exapansion packs too...except Makin Magic cause it's "bad" I thought all the expansions were pretty good except for Vacation, I just thought it was kinda lame... I used to download tons of skins and objects for the game though, I had a T.V. as big as an entire wall and exotic cars...it was cool (except my Jaguar caught up in flames andb urned down my entire garage, which by the way posed as a really cool picture!)
