knightc130 Posted October 10, 2011 Share Posted October 10, 2011 I have installed SAMI exactly as I saw in a video on youtube explaining how it works. I followed the steps and installed the mod the same way as in the video yet for me there are no mods installed. When the game runs the car I replaced gets instead removed from the game i.e. cop car disappears. I have searched google for answers with no luck. How do I install mods using SAMI, I have tried manually but I cant find the San Andreas user files in the finder. is there any other program for Mac that will install mods successfully?? Huckleberry Pie Posted October 10, 2011 Share Posted October 10, 2011 AFAIK the files for SA on Mac can be accessed by right-clicking on the app icon and then clicking on Show Package Contents. Haven't tried doing it on my Mac as of now, but from what I've heard the Cider versions use a 1.1 exe. You might need to get a 1.0 exe first, but that's something that I won't tell you how.
