hi
my gta 4 freeze after i start the game i have downladed 1.0.7.0 patch the game freezes like this

Try deleting all your mods. If that doesnt work, install these manually

Delete all of your mods, and then uninstall and then reinstall your game. If you do so, everything should go back to normal, and everything will be fine.

The non-Mod version I used installed without freezing, but the Ballad Episodes DID freeze or crash to BSOD based on lacking power supply I believe, the Blue Screen of Death text one can make out referred to my ATI card, but it's well within the limits to play GTA PC on
