I have it set to maximum and it's still slow as fawk, any mod / hack / anything that I can use to increase it? (about 25%)

Control Panel>Mouse>Pointer options.
Or get a good mouse with DPI changer so it will go faster.

I already have a very sensitive mouse, problem is that IV limits the sensitivity... won't it limit the Windows setting as well?
EDIT: Worked, still aims pretty choppy though.
