So i decided to play vice city, which i have done many times before this, but when i went to start a new game or load my game it would load fully but go to a black screen. Please help, this didnt happen yesterday or the day before that.

I have un-installed and re-installed but it is still having the problem.
I really would like to play vice so please help.

I have modded it the first time. When this occurred i figured i messed something up, so i re-installed vice (with no mods) and am still having this problem.

Open GTA VC limit adjuster and turn memory to 128.
Maybe video driver reinstall can help

Thanks for the reply but i finally got it working. Turns out i needed to recreate my gta_vc.set in the user files, that explains why a re-install failed to fix it. As this file was un-affected

try to install the game in another drive c,d,e,f and backup it to a new folder and start the game if problem continues contact me
