can i use deluxe mod to play vc-mp?? because when i connect, i stuck at the loading screen:( and it bounce out of the game and close automatically:((( !! pleaseee help me!

You can't use any mod to play on Multiplayer, on any game.(Unless the server itself has models put into it.)

yeah you're best off installing two copies of vice city (or install one fresh, then make a copy of the folder) so you can mod one, and use the other as unmodded / multiplayer version.
