GTA IV can run on my pc?

ADM Athlon™ 64 Processor 3200+
2.01 GHz, 1 GB of RAM
Physical Address Extension
Display: Plug and Play Monitor on ATI Radeon X300/X550/X1050 Series

No, IV doesn't run your PC, your PC runs IV. Well, actually not your PC. You need better hardware!

I think your GPU may be in the Shader 2.0 series. There is a downgrade patch for Shader 2.0/1.0. Try running it in a window.
