OK, so my mates at a Tower of Terror forum and I decided to do a GTA project based on the ride in Disneyland. Right now we got our hands on a freely exploitable (as in, not like those stolen from EA or R*) model of the Hotel, but I'm having trouble getting it right. I've seen and read the tutorials, but all I get is an epic fail crash when I attempted on another model earlier.

If anyone has some input on this, let me know. I'll do the work as long as someone sheds some light on this issue. Oh, and Deji, can you share some code for us in case this one becomes a full blown total conversion?
