More GTA IV modding tools now available

Just wanted to alert anyone interested in making simple config file mods that some tools are now available such as handling and weapon editors and such.

Shit's popping up pretty quickly. Wish I had the specs to play it :(.

Probably has to do with the game's protection. It has like 3 different protections or something, you need to patch the game.

How do you patch the game? Aru's magic file mod?

How do you patch the game? Aru's magic file mod?

Yeah I'd use that since you're using mods, and aru's thing patches the protection that keeps you from running the mod files.

Also, that weapon editor looks pretty useful, yet is there a way you can mod weapons in multiplayer?
