The ones on D2D aren't pirated; it's similar to the Steam version, which, of course, you'll have to pay for in order to download.

Ubisoft should take a look at this...

Well yeah you pay for D2D. but...its v3 undowngradable i think, so he wouldn't be able to use it online. Which is why he is posting in the multiplayer section. Maybe he just posted wherever...

Clarification: Are you talking about mods or downloading the game itself?

The mods usually come w/ README files that tell you how to install.

If the mods lack decent README files, look here -

Welcome & enjoy, read the rules, etc.

If you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it's meant to be.

If not, point & laugh when it flies into a woodchipper.

Nah i think he means to download the game, not a mod for it.

Visit a store and purchase it like the rest of us.

Absolutely right. Downloading a copy of the game for free is illegal. Copying a friend's copy of the game is illegal. Do not do it, do not ask how to do it.

Either buy it from a shop, or pay for and download it legally from Direct2Drive or Steam.

And not a single fuck was given that day.

Everybody says it's undowngradable, it's not, I've tested it on my machine and it downgrades fine after the validation.
