I LOVE HIP HOP, AUSSIE HIP HOP, RAP, GANGSTA RAP, UK RAP, AND LATINO RAP.
BUT I HATE CRUNK AND ALL THAT DUUUURTTY SOUTH BULLSHIT MUSIC FULL OF WHISTLES AND WITH WHICH EVERY RAPPERS NAME STARTS WITH LIL'.
I ALSO DISLIKE TUPAC BUT I DO LIKE A COUPLE OF HIS ALBUMS

With the effects it looks like it was filmed on the 80's.
Barret Phillips (no relation to me), has created an amazing tribute video to GTA San Andreas. The video pieces together some fantastic footage of the state itself and some of things you can get up to. It is professionally made and definitely worth checking it out. Phillips is truely talented in the arts of filming.

Is the lighting edited or is that what it looks like with a 8800GTS?
A graphic card doesn't change the way a game gets rendered, the drivers do.
I'd guess it's some mod or manual editing (what must be an absolute pain to do).
Makes the game look better than actually is to be honest. Just did realize how pretty the GTA style is/was.
