i got a mod to get claude in vice city but the problem is hes just like tommy, he talks walks runs fights falls drives all like tommy and i want to know how i can get him to do all that like claude and not tommy

Well I don't know who Claude is, but could you try to explain what the mod is supposed to do? If it is just a skin, then it should be the same as Tommy.

I think it is a skin mod. Yeah, Claude, you can't change any of that stuff (running, walking, fighting etc...). It's just a skin mod, if they evolved, people would be like "OMG he moves like Tommy but he's actually Claude!".

Claude Speed is the name of the guy who you play in GTA3, although Maria refers to him as "Fido".

If you want to control claude, Play GTAIII...

What you've downloaded, is, infact just a skin mod, what you're asking would require alteration of the character animations files, and possibly the script to get the protagonistto behave the way you want to.

You play Tommy Vercetti in GTA VC and Claude Speed in GTA III.

Wow, I never knew that! I swear I remember reading the mission dialouge and it said Tommy.. But guess not. Wow again. You learn something new every day.

I played one of the classic GTA's once, then a little GTA 3, then Vice City. I just always figured it was Tommy until San Andreas. I guess they use a different person every game? [Aside from the "Stories" series.]

In GTA 3, the characters name was Claude, VC was Tommy, SA was CJ, LCS was Toni, VCS was Vic. Hope that cleared things up for you

GTA1 - Several characters availiable. (Bubba, Divine, Neville? among others...) (not sure of the date)
GTA2 - Claude Speed, in the year 2013.
GTAIII - Claude again, in the year 2000.
GTA: Vice City - Tommy Vercetti. 1986
GTA: San Andreas - Carl 'CJ' Johnson. 1992
GTA: Liberty City stories - Antonio 'Tony' Cipriani. 1998
GTA: Vice City Stories: Victior 'Vic' Vance. 1984

But yeah, that's the GTA Characters summed up... Just, for your information.

I think the topics been answered. you can't get a Claude skin mod to walk and not talk like Claude.

You can download animations of gta 3 to vice city its hard to do it

You'd probably be better off getting GTA III and downloading a VC conversion mod. But that seems like a lot of hassle just to have him run and walk like Claude.....
