no i don't think so. I have beaten the game so long ago that i don't really remember if the camera sways like CJ is getting high or not.

Yes it does.
After CJ burns a number of weed, the screen will sway back and forth like the Boomshine mission in Vice City. But once CJ finishes burning up the weed, it stops.

There is no hidden pay and spry in the pc versoin you cant get in :S i uset a teleporter to get in and the pay n spry still worked but the door dusn't open so normally you cant get in
