Kristko Posted October 20, 2007 Share Posted October 20, 2007 well, i'am new here, but i play gta vc a long time i download this car, ford mustang 1971, and i mod it as say the readme file. evrything works, till i load my savegame. when i load it, stops somwhere in the middle. i have no idea what's wrong, so please help me! Urbanoutlaw Posted October 22, 2007 Share Posted October 22, 2007 Every time I saw that in VC, there was a problem w/ a car I installed, usually a glitch in the model. If the '71 Mustang you mentioned is the same one I used, it should be stable. In mine I replaced the Cheetah & had no problems, so look for an error in HANDLING.CFG or DEFAULT.DAT if you edited it. Also try downloading the car again from a different site in case the ZIP/RAR file was corrupted. Hold off on DATA edits until you know the model is stable. For the moment, stick w/ replacing the Stallion, it's a reasonable approximation for handling. NOTE -Cheetah & Vice Cheetah use the same HANDLING.CFG line, so I replaced the Vice Cheetah w/ the '73 Ford Falcon XB "Mad Max V8 interceptor"(That car rules!). The XB is similar in size, weight & handling to the '71-'73 mustang. Also remember the Haitian Voodoo has hydraulics, so if you replace it, you need a car made specifically for the Voodoo.
