It was supposed to say: Walk up behind a victim & press the same button you use to enter a car to grab them (PS2). Press it again to finish the attack. Artur Posted July 9, 2007 Share Posted July 9, 2007 Well, you actually press and hold R while sneaking up behind a ped and then you should see the targeting thing.
