i need to make a 1986 ford Bronco II and what would be the easyest way to make the graphics and textures from scrach what tools,or appz, do i need to make a vehicle?

well the best way i found to edit that stuff was to use "GTA Ultmate Editor" it makes everything simple but i made a pic showing you how simple it is.... idk if it helps.. tire_size.bmp

is there anything that will airlift cars or any kind of vehicles i was thinking mabey the cargobob? does anyone know? how i could do that even by modding the game?

well i was messing around with GTA ultimate editor i was messing around with the vortex and i accdently deleted it and i dont know how to get it back, it doent show up in the menu can i get it back? i would really not like to reinstall if i dont have to help!

Old Modded in cars

ive been messing around with this for a while i got about 12 or so cars in the game now like 70 challanger frerri enzo ecort cosworth some new taxi cars couple porches and some bmw and an hummer h2 but when i get3 of the modded cars in a garge togther it lags untill i get one out and even if i see another modded car next to me it lags it it just because the textures are higher than nomal or what also im running it on low detail in options doesnt lag without the cars
