I though the San Andreas Mod Installer was supposed to install .rar files? I have tried multiple times with different .rar files and it says its not compatible. Whats wrong?

I didn't use SAMI, I couldn't even get SAMI to install anything at all. I just used the IMG tool.

No one knows what might be wrong?

I just downloaded a bunch of new skins for weapons, and they all worked except the sawnoff and mp5, which are just all white. I tried changing them back to the original models, but the mp5 is still the same. I tried like 4 different mp5 skins and every time its just the same all white model. Any ideas whats wrong?
