What are the controls for the helicopter and like the fighter jet when you put it in the game I can lift off but I cant go forward on the harrier jet!

if someone can design a NOS mod that you can use with a saved game please let me know thanks

Why cant you use the NOS mod in a saved game thats the whole point?

OK thanks and also I noticed some parts of cars that I didnt like for example the Nissan Skyline R34 GTR replaced the sabre turbo and I hate the engine sound on the sabre and was wondering if you can edit the cars in Vice City Delux

I installed vice city delux and was wondering if you can use the vice city mod manager with it or not??
