I said once, along time ago (after SA came out) that the next game should have 3 DVD's one is Liberty City, the next is Vice City and the third San Andreas. You would be able to fly from city to city via the airport and when prompted change the disc to the city you was heading to. Each city would have over two hundred main missions etc, etc. This was all before the announcment of Blue Ray on the PS3. (and on another forum, which was not as good as this site - kiss, kiss). BlueRay holds something like TEN normal DVD's. Yes TEN!!! R*, put all three city's on one BlueRay disc. Containing over 600 main missions. Ability to do everything that you can do in SA (swim etc) in every city. How badly did I want to burn around Liberty on a PCJ600. It's just not the same in LCS cause he can't swim AGAIN!!! THE ULTIMATE GAME - GTA5 (probably / hopefully). R* would be the first company to put the BlueRay capability to it's full use, yet another first for them. Look at me, excited like a little school girl and dribbling over my keyboard at the thought of that game! You get the picture. Everyone else's idea's rock! add them too!!! TG

I would love to say that i have completed all three games without cheating but i don't want to lie! I have completed all three games with only one cheat on though! The ability to stop and start the mission timer, mainly for the Ambulance, Fire, Police & Taxi missions. Although the police missions were made much easier in SA cause of the police bikes. I find I get the game from new start playing it without the intention to cheat find it a bit hard, cheat, complete it then start a new game and try to do it without cheating, cause you know what your expecting then and you can work aound the missions easier. Anyway, everybody loves to have all the weapons with infinite ammo and blow the shit out of everyone and everything. I have never met anyone who doesn't. GTAIII was the hardest game but also the easiest cause it was so easy to cheat on it. With the other two your being told you cheated and when i cheated in SA my save became corrupted (this happened on at least three occassions), result - I had to delete my 98% uncheated game cause it was screwed. Theres a point. Who - and i never have - has completed the game 100% 98% is my personal best. What did I possibly miss to get 98%??? prbably didn't buy an house or something!!! TG

Post it here for all to read! They probably read the boards from the top sites anyway to gather peoples ideas. I know thats what they did with VC! TG

Don didn't know I had all the GTA games on playstation and i wasn't sure if I put it in before i posted a reply then i checked to see if i did and the posted again to say that i had checked and that i had put that bit of info in. Sort of spamming really!!! TG

Bit off track here guys! Your just spamming the post now, it's supposed to be about Easter Eggs/secrets and shit like that, not what car you prefer to drive!!! Here's my contribution Chris: 1. Many of the Safe Houses you buy have pictures that relate to areas from different GTA games and in some of the bedrooms theres a big picture of Candy Suxx (VC fame). They don't all have pictures from the other games but I noticed one had a shot of Salvatores Mansion (GTA3) looks like it was taken from the lighthouse, and another was a picture of a city, top down like GTA1 & 2. Could be fishing or it could be a reference to them 2 games? 2. When you play the mission where you have to go and steal Mad Dog's rhyme book from his mansion for OG Loc there is a body guard playing a "console" and he shouts "Tanner, you suck" (or something to that effect) which is a reference to Driver 3 (and it's crap handling) as they tried to re-create a GTA style game. 3. There is also a sign which says "your not supposed to be here" which is a blatent link to GTA3 which had the same sign in a hard to get to area. It's supposed to be ironey cause you can get anywhere in SA with jetpacks, parachutes, choppers, etc. I'll try and get some pics and a video of the Mad Dog mansion to prove it although a simple play of the game will show where the first two are. I came accross the third completely by accident but it is identical to the GTA3 sign which is posted everywhere on the WWW. All taken from the PS2 version. TrueGod

Has to be San Andreas without a doubt. Being able to swim, parachute, etc, etc. It's endless. Althoug I always have my nostalgia moments when i'll go back to 1, London, 2, 3 or VC. It'a all good! TG

What would be interesting is it being set now and Tommy being a huge kingpin type and you work towards killing him at the end. The good shit would being able to fly to anyone of the old places like in SA but being able to stay there for a while Anyway, theoreticaly (i know thats not spelt right) it would have to be a whole new place and whole new character with possible distant links to everyone else. The first GTA had all the places from the last games in so people are out of ideas as to what there going to do next! Bit off track but sod it! And if it was Tommy You wouldn't have much to do cause he'd be like huge boss man!

I'll be getting it for PS3 and there are already rumors abound that Sony are cooking up their own extra content deal. You don't honestly think they'll be upstaged by Microsoft do you!!! Thats not gonna happen. Alternativly, if (and i'm assuming you do) already have an xbox 360 then buy it for that and wait till the PS3 price comes down and then get it for that! I think that's called the best of both worlds. Lets face facts though. The first xbox was absolute pants. That's why it's referred to as the shit box. I was impressed with the 360 but it's only a matter of time before Sony leaves it behind again. PS3 any day........... TrueGod

Chris, thanks that was very helpful. I have succesuly put in several mods now. I'm getting the hang of it now and to be quite frank it's not that hard. Thanks for the point in the right direction (can't believe I didn't look there already!!!). Don, You plonker! Did you even read the bloody post. I have every GTA game there is (1, London, 2, 3, VC & SA) on Playstation. The only ones I have ever played on PC is 1 & 2. I bought GTA3 for the PC cause I had been reading about the mods you can do on it (and the others) and thought it might add some longetivity to the game(s). Thats why it says GTA3 PC virgin, cause I have not played it on PC let alone moded anything! I did expect some one to act like a little school girl and get all giggly about the word virgin as YOU did!!! Now get off your school girl soap box and help the other guy out.................... Hi, I have just bought GTA3 on PC Why? Cause i could! Anyway, I want to mod it. I have all the GTA games on PS1 & PS2 and once you have completed the game a few times they become boring. However having them on PC is endless. I have seen new missions, cars, skins, etc, etc. I saw GTA3 going for £5 in a well known supermarket (Asda) and knowing that this is the only PC version that will run on my PC I bought it. I know VC might run on my PC and that SA won't. I downloaded a load of new cars to add in to the game but don't know how to get them there! I know you must have covered this a thousand times and believe me I have searched and searched but there already quite indepth disscussions. I need to go from the start. I thought they would auto install or I would have to cut and paste them into a certain folder but i cannot find the "car" folder any where. I'm not worried about the no cd crack or anything like that I just want to add extra skins and cars and maybe dabble with the buildings if the mood takes me. If you guys can help I would be most grateful. I did download one program (imgtool20) that apparently installs them for you but out of the 100+ car downloads it doesn't see the files so it's useless to me. So come on guys, impart your wisdom upon me and this could be the first post that will help loads to get modding. Thanks. TrueGod (but not in the modding sense)
