I am running steam version of GTAIV patch 4 I have an asi loader , but no mods work no matter what I do, I even tried editing weaponinfo with weapon editor to give neko super strength so he could punch cars and send them flying, but it made no change to the game at all.. I have done everything word for word I have vista ultimate 64 bit, don't know if that matters the only thing that has resulted from these asi scripts is that people dont open their car doors anymore when they step out x.x
I am so frustrated, can someone make a modded file for me that will let neko punch like this :
I am perfectly willing to learn if someone will show me, these tutorials have not been any help
