thankyou for your input, this actually helps my point alot because I am trying to show that peer-presure and other social aspects such as pareting have a far larger role in a kids life than videogames ever could..... basically it sounds like you've had a pretty supportive up-bringing and have not felt the need to follow the social groups like a sheep, therefore you are a good person and playing violent games isnt affecting you..... I was once like you, I played violent games all the time and still do... im 22 now, and I havent killed anyone, and go out of my way to be friendly to people... would you mid leaving me some form of contact details (email address or something) I think it would be interesting if I could get your point of view on the rest of my project, thanks thanks for your input, and I totally agree, and I will ask the same as I asked the 13yrd old, would you leave me an email address so that I can contact you for your input on the development of the project.... thanks and about the capslock thing... I no it kinda makes it look a bit crappy but I figured if people were just skimming the forums and saw a random title of computer game violence then they'd prob think is was yet another media attempt at trying to say it was bad.... I dunno I just figured having it in caps made it stand out a bit more...plus I need all the results I can get!!! cheers

yeah thats sorta the point im trying to prove, that people are quick to point the finger at the video game that is rated 17 or 18...even though the copycat behaviour is apperently seen in kids under that age.... so basically why should the game be blamed, it should be the kid that takes responsibility for their own actions, not blaming something that he/she shouldnt have been a part of
