Iv added mods like cars , and now when ever i go near or get in it the game lags, is there a patch to make it not lag or somthin>?

Hi all , i just got gta SA , and i want like BMWS, Labs and real ncie cars and i dont UNDERSTAND how to install , so if i host the file of the cars can some one install and give me the file they installed , if that makes any sense , Here is the file The files, i would like to be installed , thank you if you do this I would be very great full
