    If your looking for a pack of tuned, sports cars, then you should download a 'Full' GTA Vice City mod. Thats the easiest way i could think of doing it. Try Vice City Deluxe or Ultimate Vice City Mod. They replace more or less all of the cars and add extra cool stuff too.
