SO i don't have to click rebuild?, Cause it's grayed out.

I have been trying to install this mod, http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/file.php?id=3602, I can't for the life of me, I modded SA before and all was good, I have the basic info on modding, I'm not too big of a n00b to it all, Can someone please tell me what i'm doing wrong?, It crashes just beforeit loads actual gameplay, Re-installed my game about 20 times now.... Patched it with magicIV unchecked and checked the read only boxes, Please help me, Can someone make a tut for a 5 year old on installing mods for GTA IV?

I have been screwing around with the game files of this game recently, The main thing been the Radiostations, I want it so there is ONLY independence FM, So every car in get in has my music playing. Any ideas? Or at least so when i jump in a car the first radio station on is always independence FM.

I think i'll wait till a disc only version pops up on ebay, Just got a new computer, All my money this week is going on a 30 inch monitor.

Hey, I never really cared for pc gaming as i always had a shit pc and everything lagged, I bought GTA VC and GTA SA (Illeagally) downloaded GTA 3 witch i always have trouble with, I lost them all before long cause they where always screwing up on my low spec PC, Well now i have a beast of a thing and want them back, I started downloading GTA sa through a torrent but i thought... 1. This is a kick ass game and i should support it (Again). 2. I'm not looking forward to wasting half my download brandwidth on a game that proberly won't even would cause of the upload. So basicly yeah, Anyone know of a legal place i can download GTA SA? and it be fully moddable as the store bought copy.

I worked it out. Can you get into SA as well as LC and VC in GTA United somehow?

I've been trying to Re-Install to get rid of my mod's so i can install GTA United, I uninstall than reinstall, Mod's are still there, What gives?. I sort of remember using some sort of GTA SA mod back up tool, Only i can't remember what it was or how it's still there? Also can someone PM me and tell me why i can only see the first post of every topic? I REALLY want to be able to Re-install and start 100% from scratch, It shit's me to think i buy the game and i get fucked over like this, People jack the game and they would just have to extract it again, HELP ME I'M ABOUT TO CRACK!!!!!!!!
