hey please can someone tell me what to do once ive downloaded the various skins for tommy in v.c? i cant understand it...i downloaded them and then i went into the game and they werent there!! what do i have to do to get them into the skins selection bit of the gameplay menu? please help thank u!!

hey guys please can someone tell me what to do! ive downloaded loads of skins and stuff like the jet instead of a skimmer and replacement motobikes guns and cars. but i cant get them to work. i dont no how to get the skins into the list in the game play menu. i also dont no how to switch the stuff in the game to the things i downloaded. please can someone give me an explanation that someone who nos very little about pc's will understand. cheers
