THAT'S FANTASTIC :dribble: WHERE DID YOU FIND IT? And how much does it cost?

Hi! I know NOTHING about GTA:VC modding , but I'd like to know if it's possible to create and add new custom radio stations into the game (please DON'T TELL ME to add mp3 into VC's mp3 folder, I want to add new RADIOS, not just mp3s ). I googled around, and it seems that it's possible, but I don't know HOW Please, can anybody explain step-by-step how to do this? THANKS IN ADVANCE P.S.: I'd like to create a custom radio by myself (with my 80's MP3 collection ) and, above all, to create new stations startin' from VICE CITY STORIES soundtrack's MP3s I found on eMule. Each mp3 is a radio station, so my intention is to 'convert' them into some VC 'radio files' (I think they's .adf files, aren't they?), each mp3 into a new adf file. PLEASE!!!
