they are probably going to change the cop car colors,AGAIN! Grand theft auto 3 was delayed due to 9/11,which was bullshit.we could have had nypd color schme cop cars,darkel,school buses and children,but the sand blacks just HAVE to crash into the world trade centers.Couldn't they go crash into a oilrig or something instead??? :pissed:now they are delaying it due to pissed new yorkers and that devious bastard jackass thompson.

Sorry for double post,but never mind about the mod installer.I got real gta3 and in the readme it says to delete txd.img and txd.dir but they always reappear when I play the fucking game!!!!

Because it is very hard and you need to create the cars texture.

When ever I enter the file name of the vehicle I wish to install,it says that it is a invaild zip or rar file or it says it cannnot unzip it.
