Im working on a pocketbike mod for vc and i have the TXD, DFF and data files but i need the IPF file so if u Know how to edit or create this file pleaze let me know. thanx!

I sujest u use the saved file editor i have lost the site i downloaded it from but if u google it you should fined it wat this file dose is it alows u to chyange the cars that spawn in the game and were they spawn
